Our Sustainability Statement

Sustainability is an important topic and we know how important this is for our customers.

We are continually reviewing our practices and investigating how we could be more sustainable and the areas we should prioritise.

We work with, support and contribute to those who provide carbon emissions offsets.

PRODUCTS

We use latex (not plastic) balloons. you can find more information on our environmental responsibility here.

We work with suppliers who source quality sustainable materials, have good working ethics and are making efforts to reduce emissions.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

Our balloon products packaged in-house are packed into clear plastic boxes or bags that can be reused, repurposed or recycled.

Instruction leaflets are printed from paper sourced from sustainable forests and are 100% recyclable.

POSTAL PACKAGING

We use Tissue Paper that is FSC-certified and fully home-compostable after use.

We use Hex Wrap instead of bubble wrap for those more fragile items, and our hex wrap is 100% recyclable and compostable.

We source Stickers & Washi Tape that is 100% recyclable and compostable.

Hero mailing satchels are our preference and are both reusable and 100% compostable. See below how easy it is to reuse and compost our satchels.

We will continue to use recycable cardboard boxes where necessary, but the use of compostable satchels is preferred.
